Beautiful Blue Danube Waltz - 2002

It was noisy and crowded but we had fun learning a different way of preparing that familiar dish. We were relieved that health regulations did not allow the restaurant to serve the dishes we cooked. Everyone got to eat the same dishes but prepared by the chef and his professional staff. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a lot of wine with dinner so none of us was ready to head back to the hotel.
