Acceptable forms of payment: cash, check, or credit card, with settlement due at the close of the auction. The auctioneer has final sale call. All sales are final. Horses are to be picked up within one week of sale day, unless prior arrangements are made. Buyers are responsible for care and reasonable daily fees until pickup. Please note that if you are a new customer to our sale, we may ask for a bank reference if you wish to bid by phone. Note: A 3% processing fee will be added to credit card purchases. Bids Anyone unable to attend the sale may give bids via DVAuction, phone or mail to the ranch auctioneer before the sale. All bids will be handled in strict confidence. Please make arrangements with the ranch prior to the day of the sale if you would like to bid by phone. This will help eliminate any confusion on sale day. The sale location has good cell phone service, mainly Verizon. Genetic Information Disorder and color panels for all Froelich foals will be available on sale day. Registration & Transfer All horses sell registered with the American Quarter Horse Association. Buyers will be mailed the horse’s registration papers and transfer forms. It is up to the buyer to transfer his/her horse with the AQHA. Please note that the AQHA has a high volume of registrations during the fall and foal papers can take into the winter months to receive.
