JERMAINE HARRISON CUL INARY FIRST NOMINATION I would like to submit this employee for an MVP award. He is kind and caring and always has a positive attitude at work. Many people don’t know but this employee has an incredibly long commute to work. He takes the bus in and sometimes it takes him two hours to get to work. I don’t think most people at the Club could handle a 2-hour commute here and a 2-hour commute home and continue on with their day, let alone with a smile. It is even more to consider when you think of the cold rainy days in the winter or the hot muggy days in the summer waiting for the bus to arrive. This is not the only reason I believe this employee should be considered for an MVP. While he is at work he is never idle and always lends a helping hand. Often, this bleeds into tasks that are not a part of his responsibilities. He helps Ms. Kat bring up items from the basement that are used in the front of house. He helps put away requisitions that are not his responsibility. Most importantly he is always friendly and kind to anyone and everyone he comes in contact with. This is all icing on the cake when it comes to being a good employee. He is always on time and does a great job with his normal job responsibilities. If everyone at CCV operated the way this employee operates, I surely believe the Club would be a better place. Please consider him for an MVP award. SECOND NOMINATION I would like to nominate this employee for MVP. He has been a huge team player at Cool Springs. He is always happy and always helping someone out. He will see a job that might not even be a BOH house job and jump right on it to help out and keep the Club running smoothly. He is always on time. Even given his ride situation. And always shows up with a smile and some kinds words. On more than one occasion this employee has seen a fellow coworker doing a big cleaning task and will hop right in without hesitation. He has been the type of employee this club works so hard to find and keep. If he sees a Club member that needs help he jumps right in and finds the best way to help the member out. He is truly one of the best employees I have worked with in the 4 and half years I’ve been at the Club.
