KASIA ZIEBA FOOD & BEVERAGE
I would like to nominate this employee for MVP. She continuously goes above and beyond for both Members of the club and Members of her team. She is always putting special touches on events and making sure that they are perfect. This employee has made flower shaped napkins for Valentine’s day, decorated New Member Orientation beautifully, and put the hoppy in Easter. She always thinks about the details that make an event perfect no matter how small. She always makes sure that standards are met and teaches the team as she goes. This employee trains all of the new employees and recently we had the smoothest and some would say most successful Easter due to the level of training
new employees received. This employee has patience and understanding and is a “mom” like figure to our team. She is an extremely hard worker and stays until her task is complete. She keeps the department going in my absence and is beyond trustworthy. Banquets would not be Banquets without this employee as she is the heart and soul of our team and truly an MVP.
