Overall responsibility for: • Undertaking (or organising) of the five yearly inspections (quinquennials); • Repairs and maintenance (including emergency response); • Improvements, reducing our carbon footprint and advising on suitable security measures; • Undertake major housing works during vacancies; • Maintaining suitable buildings insurance and managing claims;
• Renting out vacant properties; • Buying and selling as required; • Managing small scale development projects.
