Speaker Biographies

Kristen Bove - E-ISAC Kristen is the Manager of the E-ISAC Physical Security Analysis Team. In this capacity, she directly engages with asset owners and operators on a daily basis to provide high- quality, timely, reliable analysis and context regarding physical security and industry trends, emerging tactics, techniques, procedures, and relevant threat actor behaviors. Prior to becoming manager, she served as Principal Analyst for the E-ISAC physical security team. Before her role at the E-ISAC, Kristen’s prior experience involved working with a variety of public and private sector organizations to provide strategic analysis and risk management solutions for critical infrastructure. This included working as an analyst for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Infrastructure Protection (now known as Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where she was responsible for the development and implementation of national risk mitigation programs primarily focused on the Dams and Energy Sector.

Kristen has a Master’s Degree in Politics, Security and Integration from University College London, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hi story from Arizona State University and is also certified as an Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) from Carnegie Mellon University.

LaRhonda Julien - Georgia Power Company LaRhonda Julien is Inspection Performance Specialist for the Construction Inspection department at Georgia Transmission Corporation – a not-for-profit utility company that connects power plants to local electric member cooperatives by planning, building, and maintaining the high-voltage transmission lines and power grid infrastructure throughout Georgia. Her major duties involve implementing human performance improvement, overseeing business continuity, and change management processes along with coordinating capital construction projects and environmental protection activities. She chairs the company’s Human Perfo rmance Strategic Team. LaRhonda earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She received a Lean Six Sigma green belt from the University of Georgia. She has professional memberships with the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the International Erosion Control Association, the Women’s International Network of Utility Profes sionals, and the Cobb Association of REALTORS. She also serves as a member of the North American Transmission Forum’s Human Performance Core Team. She is an ind ucted member of the National Society of Leadership Success.

LaRhonda lives in the suburbs of Atlanta. She is an avid runner and an ambassador for the Atlanta Track Club.
