MEGIBUNG: TRADITIONAL BALINESE DINING EXPERIENCE DAILY | 7:30 PM ONWARDS Megibung is an ancient dining ritual dating back to 1692, devised to build unity among soldiers before battle. Sample rare Balinese recipes and live cooking at a private riverside location during a meaningful experience that has long symbolized togetherness.

With over 6,000 inhabited islands in the Indonesian archipelago, there’s plenty of culinary diversity to inspire Chef Suta and his team. Tuck into the authentic flavours and cooking techniques of regional cuisines, from Bali and Sulawesi to Java and Sumatra.
