POLO PONY “The polo pony is 85% of the player’s handicap.” - Polo Museum Would you be surprised to learn that polo ponies are, in fact, grown horses? Unlike in any other sport, this equine companion defines the sport of polo and is of signifi- cant importance in the player’s ability to be successful. The ideal polo pony is invaluable to the team, possessing a combination of speed, agility and intelligence. They are well cared for members of the team. The best playing pony at each Tinicum Park Polo Club tournament is recognized for out- standing achievement on the field. n

Invaluable!
