Currently finalizing the bid documents. Project Name: Wolf Creek Estate Drainage Improvements Project Location/Limits: Western side of Wolf Creek Estate subdivision and along Glen Branch Tributary (between Parkerville Road and Cockrell Hill Road) Project Type: Drainage Project Description: Flood mitigation Project Status: Engineering analysis is completed. Surveying and geotechnical testing related work is in progress. Consultant will soon start working on design.
Project Name: Curtistene S. McCowan Park - Recreation and Aquatic Facility Project Location/Limits: UHL Road Project Type: Expansion and Remodeling Project Description: Natatorium and Recreation Center Project Status: Design is 25% complete. Consultant is finalizing the civil design and they will submit to the City for review. Coordination with utility companies are in progress. Construction is projected to begin in Spring of 2024.
