The data Showcase Events Limited collects from you may be transferred to, processed and/ or stored by XING, the online ticket booking software. XING may transfer data to third countries; however this shall always take place in compliance with the admissibility requirements as regulated by law. Showcase Events Limited uses Stripe to process your payments, which has been audited by a PCI- certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provided Level-1. The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, processed and/ or stored on secure servers located in the U.S. on the cloud based accounting software Xero. Servers have SSL Certificates issued by leading certificate authorities Entrust & GTE Cybertrust, with all data transferred between Showcase Events Limited and the Service encrypted. Xero’s servers are located within enterprise- grade hosting facilities that employ robust physical security controls to prevent physical access to the servers they house, including: 24/7/365 monitoring and surveillance, on-site security staff and regular ongoing security audits. Showcase Events Limited uses Signable a provider of electronic signature documentation utilising 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages, including signing. All data stored and processed within Signable stays within the EU. Their main infrastructure is hosted in the Amazon AWS data centre in London . In the unlikely event that our systems are breached, we will inform the ICO immediately and adhere to their guidelines.
