As a Leader, you have one job: to impact lives and help others reach financial freedom. Know your downlines. Push them, motivate them, according to their own abilities and needs. Celebrate every win they achieve, big or small. Set goals with them, and you’ll see their lives transform. The different challenges we receive from INUKA help us stay focused on those goals. Every quarter, I make it a point to enter all the challenges, Special Star, Accommodation, and Founders Challenge. Because I’m working on a time crunch, these challenges have truly helped me attract people who are ready to change their financial future. So how do we ensure everyone succeeds? 1. We train—not just recruit. 2. We lead by example. 3. We celebrate every win. 4. We build a culture of abundance. 5. We eliminate excuses. 6. We overcome obstacles and difficulties.
Excuses are lies we tell ourselves so that it doesn’t have to be our fault.
Living in Botswana, I could easily hide behind the excuse that we’re a small population of just 2 million, or that our orders take longer because we’re across the border. But instead, I chose to make those my reason to succeed. People in Botswana are incredibly loving and have a strong culture of supporting one another. Yes, we’re battling gender-based violence as a country, but INUKA is playing a powerful role in helping to change that. We are big on womens empowerment, because the more financially stable women become, the less likely they are to remain in, or return to, abusive relationships. To anyone working towards Diamond, and feeling like it’s taking too long, remember: this is not a sprint. It’s a marathon. Pace yourself. Keep building. Keep digging. Love your teams. Don’t just focus on PVs. The results will come.
