Winners Never Quit and Quitters Never Win
I’ve always been inspired by Nodumo at our SQ events. I used to take photos with her R100K cheque and tell my team, “Money is contagious, leaders. One day I will be like her.” I am grateful for every up and down that has brought me to where I am today. I’m singing a different song now. I’ve managed to close all my credit cards and clothing accounts thanks to INUKA income. I now enjoy financial freedom, and I am debt-free. To my incredible team, the Money Makers, thank you for allowing me to lead you and for your dedication and hard work. This status belongs to all of us. To my husband, Mr Clifford Mashele, thank you for your love, and support, and for taking care of our children while I take care of our business. To Ndlovukazi, thank you, Mama, for giving us this life-changing opportunity. I call you the Mother of the Nation. May your grandchildren reap the rewards of your heart. Just as God blessed Solomon because of his father David, so shall you be blessed. Stay blessed. I could write a whole book about my INUKA journey, but in my language, we say Kudya iku ingeta - The one who eats is the one who works for it.
Born and bred in the small village of Cottondale in Bushbuckridge, I am a mother of two, a wife, and a professional nurse at COE. I joined INUKA in August 2020 under the leadership of Sibongile Ngomane, whom I met via Facebook. I was one of those people who believed INUKA was a scam, but because I was tired of being broke and borrowing money after payday, I decided to give it a try. As we all know, we make plans, but God decides. In December 2020, I lost my mother - my pillar of strength, the woman who prayed for me. I fell into depression and gave up everything, including my business. I remained a Ruby for 19 months, almost two years. During that difficult time, Sibongile and my grandmother in business, Nandipha Mntumni, stood by my side. They encouraged me to return to the business and kept me engaged with weekly presentations. INUKA became therapy for me. I began to focus again, and in August 2022, Sibongile invited me to attend an SQ event in Port Elizabeth. That was a turning point and part of my healing and motivation. When I returned, I rebuilt my team and recruited eight people in one week. I became an INUKA Special Star for the first time and from that moment on, I never looked back. I reached Emerald status in October 2022, then Sapphire in April 2023, and I have maintained that status since.
