Mirroring Chef Coetzee’s passion and contributing an incredible sense of worldly inspiration combined with an island flavor of her own, is Executive Sous Chef Gouwah. Her culinary ed - ucation took her from South Africa to the islands, among various stops in between, allowing her to infuse her personal travels and creative insights into the taste, texture and presenta- tion into every epicurean experience she creates. This dynamic duo has developed an entirely new menu for all of Pink Sands Resort. And this menu revamp could not have come at a better time, as Pink Sands Resort delves into a ren- ovation for its esteemed dining establishment.

The first course – is the reimaging of the famed Malcolm 51 restaurant. Building on its orig - inal charm, the indoor dining room will now feature ample seating for socializing parties or intimate settings for romantic endeavors, all within an incredibly refreshing air-conditioned space. For those who prefer the island air during their dining experience, the restaurant will also offer a renovated expansive outdoor seating area. Queue the music to set the scene to a wordsmith tour of this stunning space. Picture the cobbled stone walkways, dreamy trees swaying in the warm breeze, twinkling lights dangling above, and the calming allure of the resort’s signature koi pond.
