February townhome sales increased by 57% month-over-month, to 11, and were 57% above February 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in Squamish, at 39%, re'ected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in February was $970,000, a 9% decrease from January and 11% above February 2023. The average sold price was $1,031,055, 1.3% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $727, up 6% to last month.
