WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL Drop off and Pick up Times to Remember ARRIVAL: Registration is held from 3:00–5:30 PM in the Bollback Performing Arts Center. DEPARTURE: Campers are to be picked up between 8:30–9:00 AM at their assigned cabins. After 9 AM, all late camper pickups will happen at the youth camp dining hall. Any campers picked up here will incur a $30 late fee. Welcome Station (Upon Entry to the side of the Bollback Performing Arts Center [BPAC]) Upon entering the Performing Arts Center, each camper will go through a head check process to ensure they do not have head lice before being registered for camp. Temp check for each camper. Group reservations are in alphabetical order according to group name and individual reservations are in alphabetical order according to the last name of the adult account holder. You will receive the following items: (1) PAID T-shirt cards, (2) Cabin assignments, (3) Day Camper info sheet and Day Camper Pass for vehicle. Registration/Finance Confirm your total number of campers and make any additions, cancellations, or name changes. Register campers and pay any outstanding balances. Remember that requesting a counselor must be done online, in advance. During Junior Weeks, campers are housed ages 6–8 and 9–12. If you have campers in both age groups and would like them to be housed together, they will be housed with the younger group. Activities & Camper Bank (All activities are non-refundable) If you have prepaid for your camp activities, the camp store will have record of your payment. If you did not prepay for activities, you may do so here at the Activities Station (if available). Load and Receive Camper Card – (This is the new Camper Bank) At the end of the week, any camper card accounts with a balance less than $5 will be applied to the Life Change Scholarship fund.
WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL
Health Center Review of Online Health Forms – must be completed in full and signed. To ensure a smooth registration process, the Online Health Forms must be completed before your arrival. If not, you will be asked to complete an Online Health Form at registration. Turn in all camper medications (please collect them from your campers prior to entering registration). Youth leaders are not permitted to administer medications throughout the week.
Camp Shirts Purchase a Camp T-shirt or turn in your prepaid card you received at the Welcome Station.
Meet Your Counselor At Cabin Make you way to your assigned cabin to meet your counselor. Any questions or changes concerning cabin assignments may be made at the Youth Camp Office, located adjacent to the front porch of the camp dining hall. Leader Final Check-in In Conference Center Leaders and Adults who are staying with us for the week may now proceed to the front desk of the conference center to check into their rooms. Dinner is provided until 6 PM for all Leaders and Adults staying on property in the Signature Dining Room, located in the Conference Center. If you do not know where this is, ask at the Front Desk in the Conference Center. There is a required Leaders Meeting to connect with the Leadership Team prior to the Evening Meeting. This meeting will start at 6 PM in the Signature Dining Room (SDR). Four Time-Saving Tips Call the Conference Center Front Desk at least two weeks prior to your arrival (during business hours) to set up camper card accounts and pre-pay for T-shirts or Activities. Front Desk: 727.379.5000 Leave all luggage in your vehicles until registration is completed. Check your campers for head lice the week prior to camp to avoid any time-consuming issues on registration day. Make sure that all your campers Online Health Forms are fully filled out and meds are pack aged thebe able to hand over to the Nurses.
