Our Cycle to Work Benefit is a great way to improve your fitness whether you cycle to work or for pleasure.
How do I save? The scheme covers both bikes and accessories. You can get your new bike from a specialist shop, or a big national retailer such as Evans or Halfords, or online. It includes road bikes, mountain bikes and hybrids, electric bikes and folding bikes and other specialist cycles plus accessories such as all-weather gear, safety equipment and tools. If you already have a bike, you can just buy accessories as long as the overall value’s over £100. Your employer pays the full cost up front, which is recouped from your gross salary over 12 or 18 months – so you also save on your NI payments. So you will save Tax and NI on the value of you bike and accessories.
Can I only use the bike for commuting?
No, there are no restrictions so you’re free to use your bike whenever you like. whether you are cycling with friends and family, your bike is yours to enjoy.
What happens if I leave the company? If you want to keep your bike, any outstanding monthly payments would be taken from your final salary.

Gym Benefit

Slim down the cost of going to the gym! Choose a gym that suits you in terms of facilities and location, we can then help you save on the annual membership.
How do I save? This benefit enables you to save money on a gym, health club or leisure centre membership of your choice (including those you may already use). This could be at a major chain such as Virgin, DW, Nuffield, a council facility or a stand alone local setting.
Eligibility This benefit cannot be used at clubs where the main purpose of the membership is to play golf. What happens if I leave the company? Any outstanding monthly payments would need to be recouped from your final salary.
Your employer will pay the full annual cost of your leisure membership upfront.
You will save NI on the gym benefit with the amount being recouped from your salary over a 12 month period. These savings are on top of any discounts which Enjoy Benefits has in place with your provider.

How do I save?
What happens if I leave the company? As the benefit is provided over a contracted period, if you choose to stop the benefit early, your employer may choose to recoup the contributions to the nursery from your salary.
As a result of your employer working in partnership with your nursery you can save Tax and NI on the whole of your monthly nursery fees. Your nursery benefits too as they get a contribution from your employer to use for equipment, training, redecoration or anything else they need, which is covered by the NI payments your employer saves — so everybody wins! If you’re signed up for Childcare Vouchers you’ll save even more, as you can also use them towards your fees with Workplace Nursery. With Workplace Nursery, if your nursery fees were £900 per month you could save 32 % or 42 % giving you a total saving of up to £4536 a year (compared with just £933 with vouchers). The other advantages are that: • The monthly fees are paid in total so you don’t have to remember to pay a “top up” to the a nursery as you would with vouchers • The nursery receive monies due on the 1st of the month with one referenced payment – so it’s easier for them too.
