JOURNALISTE
Fonctions : • Rédiger des articles sur une variété de sujets, y compris des sujets découlant de réunions municipales, d'événements communautaires, de sports, d'arts, etc. • Travailler dans une salle de rédaction composée de journalistes, en relisant les articles et en élaborant des plans pour chaque journal hebdomadaire. • Prendre des photos et enregistrer des vidéos • Mettre en page le journal à l'aide d'InDesign • Préparer des articles pour le site web et l'application mobile. Qualifications : • Formation en journalisme ou dans un domaine pertinent ; ou expérience pertinente. • Bilingue : capacité à communiquer en anglais et en français ; la capacité à bien écrire dans les deux langues sera considérée comme un atout important.

NOTICE OF A VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL PLAN OF THE URBAN AREA OF THE CITY OF CLARENCE-ROCKLAND TAKE NOTICE the Corporation of the City of Clarence-Rockland will hold a virtual public meeting on ZOOM, on the 28th day of May 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to consider a proposed amendment (File No. D-09-115, Amendment No. 36) to the Official Plan of the Urban Area of the City of Clarence-Rockland. The affected properties are described as Part of Lots 31, 32, 33 and 34, Concession 1 (O.S.), Rockland.
AVIS D’UNE RÉUNION PUBLIQUE VIRTUELLE CONCERNANT UNE PROPOSITION DE MODIFICATION AU PLAN OFFICIEL DE L’AIRE URBAINE DE LA CITÉ DE CLARENCE-ROCKLAND AVIS EST DONNÉ QUE la Corporation de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland tiendra une réunion publique virtuellement sur ZOOM le 28 mai 2025, à 19h00 , afin de considérer une modification (Dossier no D-09-115, Amendement No. 36) au Plan officiel de l’aire urbaine de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland. Les propriétés concernées sont décrites comme une partie des lots 31, 32, 33 et 34, concession 1 (ancien relevé).
THE PROPOSED OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT will have the effect of adding text and schedules to the Official Plan regarding the Rockland West Secondary Plan. The Secondary Plan was initiated in 2021 to complete a more detailed vision for the future development of the west of Rockland. The concept was to provide a supply of land for light to medium industrial and commercial uses. To complement the concept of 15-minute neighborhood a couple of strategically located medium to high density residential blocks had been incorporated into the conceptual land use plan. A COPY of the proposed Official Plan amendment and related information and material are available to the public for inspection at the following link: https://www.clarence- rockland.com/en/hotel-de-ville/planning-committee.aspx or from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the City offices, 1560 Laurier Street, Rockland.
LA PROPOSITION DE MODIFICATION AU PLAN OFFICIEL aura pour effet d'ajouter du texte et des annexes au Plan officiel en ce qui concerne le Plan secondaire de l'ouest de Rockland. Le plan secondaire a été lancé en 2021 afin d'élaborer une vision plus détaillée du développement futur de l'ouest de Rockland. Le concept était de fournir une réserve de terrains pour des utilisations industrielles et commerciales légères à moyennes. Pour compléter le concept de quartier de 15 minutes, quelques îlots résidentiels de densité moyenne à élever, stratégiquement situés, ont été incorporés dans le plan conceptuel d'occupation des sols.
