Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here. CSI - Core Stretch Integration Mon./Wed. at 6:00 PM A workout that blends Pilates exercises to build core strength and stability with stretches. Power Yoga Sunday at 4:00 PM An advanced class with higher intensity. Alignment meets power with arm balances and core work with weights. Pilates (all levels) Monday at 8:30AM& 5:00 PM andWednesday at 8:30AM An age-defying, full body workout to gain core strength, flexibility, balance and posture! Yoga Fusion Monday at 9:45 AM, Wednesday at 6:00 AM and Saturday at 8:45 AM Yoga combined with strength training and deep stretching. Golf Flexibility Seminar Sunday, 8 March at 1:00 PM in the Group Exercise Studio Back by popular demand! Personal trainer and certified golf fitness specialist Denny Pinch will teach specific stretches designed to correct your flexibility issues and im- prove your golf game! Cost is $20 per person.
