PARKS
The City of Costa Mesa operates and maintains 30 different parks, of which 21 are available for park reservation permits. Park reservations are subject to availability and may be booked up to a year in advance. Advance rental is required. Reservations are a first-come, first-paid service to secure the date and may require additional permit/documents upon review. All reservations must be made in-person at City Hall - 3rd Floor.

SPORTS FIELDS
Costa Mesa’s Parks and Community Services Department coordinates and issues permits for the use of athletic fields in the City and the Newport-Mesa Unified School District through a joint-use agreement. For permit or allocation information contact Emily Pulaski, Recreation Coordinator, at emily.pulaski@costamesaca.gov or call (714) 754-4860.
