The Eterna Efold can handle a range of corrugated flutes, from F up to B/C double wall. With a maximum belt speed of 787 feet per minute and the ability to process a wide spectrum of sheet sizes, this machine is designed for both versatility and high-speed operation. “We are excited about the enhanced manufacturing ca- pabilities that the Brausse Eterna Efold will deliver to us, as well as the range of corrugated styles we will now be able to finish in-house for clients served out of our Arkansas facility,” says Brett Kirkpatrick, Director of Trade Business for The BoxMaker. “The addition of a specialty folder and gluer at this location will reduce lead times for many popu- lar box styles and help to ensure we are delivering on our promise of quality to our client accounts.” The BoxMaker has also acquired a SIG-CORR Squar- ing and Bundling Plastic Strapping Machine. This special- ty high-speed strapper is designed to efficiently bundle products off the specialty folder and gluer, using generous 12mm strapping to secure goods while preventing dam- age from the straps. The BoxMaker said the integration of the new machin- ery significantly enhances its commitment to delivering quality custom corrugated packaging products while re- ducing lead time by expanding in-house manufacturing capabilities.
