AICC Packaging University Offering Three New Courses

available exclusively to AICC members. These courses are part of AICC’s commitment to providing continuous learn- ing and development opportunities that enhance the pro- fessional skills of individuals in the independent packaging sector.

AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, has an- nounced the release of three new and free Packaging University Courses. Welcome To Accounting: This entry-level accounting course introduces the fundamental accounting tasks per- formed daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly within a typical accounting department in the packaging industry. This is a comprehensive orientation to the routine responsi- bilities managed by accounting departments, providing essential insights into the financial operations that sup- port the industry’s growth and sustainability. This course is tailored to empower new employees and refresh the knowledge of existing staff within the accounting sector of member companies. Workplace Safety Regulations: In this course, the ba- sics of workplace safety are explained, including guide- lines for safe interaction with machines, chemicals, and materials, as well as the proper use of appropriate PPE. Inspection and Testing in Corrugated Packaging: This course covers the various quality assurance testing and inspection methods used in the creation of corrugat- ed packaging. These courses further expand AICC’s robust educa- tional offerings, including over 100 free online courses

AICC’s educational programs are carefully developed to meet the specific needs of privately held companies in the corrugated, folding carton, and rigid box manufactur- ing sectors.
