A Corten perforated solar gain shading screen shelters the south elevation courtyard to reduce passive solar gain. The changing sunlight throughout the day hits the patterned screen to cast interesting shadows, whilst

11 and 12: Easy living The home was designed to be open plan where the kitchen and living area are seamless. A sloped floor runs down from the kitchen to the living room, with a prominent window to reveal the landscape.
