From CK Calves to Finished Cattle: We have a small feed lot and have started finishing cattle here at CK. We are finishing our steers and heifers to the 1200-1400 lb range and marketing them directly to the consumer. We sell the finished animal in whole or in halves and we handle getting the animal to the proces- sor, and we deliver the beef back to CK for customer pickup. We are also selling finished/fat cattle to those who are in the freezer beef business that don’t have enough supply on hand. We usually have animals ready for harvest at any given time during the year. Contact Bradfield if you are interested in purchasing finished cattle from us.
We also sell beef retail cuts by the pound. Contact Kathleen or Katie if you are interested in purchasing CK beef by the pound.
