ARRIVAL AT SOFITEL SPA We invite you to arrive 15-minutes before the time of your appointment. This will allow you to change in the tranquillity of our Spa facilities (towels, robes and slippers are provided). Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time and the original price will still apply. GIFT VOUCHERS Sofitel Spa offers a serene and calm relaxing environment, making it an ideal present for any occasion. Our gift vouchers, available online, are issued in the name of the recipient and are valid for a period of one year. Vouchers may not be exchanged or refunded. SPA BOUTIQUE Upon your departure from the spa, you can browse the Sofitel Spa boutique to purchase your preferred products used during your treatment and bring a piece of your spa experience home with you. If you require assistance in selecting the most suitable product for yourself or your loved ones, please ask our reception desk. HEALTH & PREGNANCY At the time of making your reservation, please provide any relevant information about your health, allergies, or injuries. A health questionnaire must be completed before any treatment. This procedure is mandatory in order to provide you with a service tailored to your needs. We offer treatments tailored to expectant mothers. Please consult our team for advice suited to your stage of pregnancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that for any treatment not cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, a full charge will be incurred. For group bookings of five guests or more, please be advised that any appointments must be cancelled at least four days prior to your scheduled appointments. AGE REQUIREMENTS Guests must be 18 or older to book spa treatments and 16 or older to use spa facilities. SPA FACILITIES AND ACCESS The following Spa facilities are available: Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Spa changing rooms and Relaxation Lounge. Spa facilities are complimentary with any 90-minute or longer booking. For guests with shorter treatment bookings, access to the Steam Room or Jacuzzi is available for a fee per facility. Please note that appropriate swimwear is required when using these facilities. Kindly be advised that we do not offer day passes for access to the spa facilities. SOFITEL FITNESS Discover the dynamic atmosphere of our Sofitel Fitness when you want to recharge your batteries. State-of-the-arts Technogym equipment, free weights and exercise balls are available, as are personal trainers (upon request). To alleviate jetlag, be sure to try the AlphaSphere by Sha chair for an intensely relaxing multisensory experience.
Making the Most of Sofitel Spa Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 6:30 pm, and Mondays from 10 am to 5 pm.
