Planting those seeds now and keep- ing them on the right path really makes a difference.” After mentoring the youth, the D9 leaders were given the opportunity to engage with our military on Ramstein Airbase, led by Brig. Gen. Otis C. Jones (Fayetteville (NC) AL 1999), commanding general, 86th Airlift Wing. Brother Jones is currently serving as the United States Air Forces in Europe–Air Forces Africa, chief of staff, but during the 60th Anni- versary Commemoration he was the commanding general. During the visit, Jones personally facilitated a tour of the headquarters, flightline and facilitated a roundtable discussion to inform and create a dialogue of what every organization
