Two years before Kyles took office, Kappa Alpha Psi implemented a plan to replace its association management system (AMS), Your Membership (YM) with a different solution. Mem- bership-driven organizations such as fraternities utilize (AMS) platforms to help manage various tasks, including tracking members, communicating with members, developing member- ship reports, self-service functionality The 24th Eastern Province Polemarch, Thomas helped establish the GKOR's areas of oversight relative to IHQ, assists the GKOR in executing his constitutional responsibilities, and provided leadership to the administrative team. MICHAEL MYERS Kingstree (SC) Alumni, Operating Assistant, Project Manager/ Business Process Design Current Southeastern Province Board of Directors member and Southeastern Province Risk Management Director, Myers focuses on supporting the Province Keeper of Records Taskforce in redesigning operational processes and procedures to facilitate the more efficient execution of KOR work tasks, document creation, and document management. He also leads project management efforts as needed to support the Office of the GKOR.

Fonteva Membership is cloud-based association management software built on industry-leading provider Saleforce ® ’s customer relationship management (CRM) software. The Fonteva software offers fra- ternities/sororities, non-profits, and professional organizations a centralized
platform to manage members, events, and committees. Notable users of the Fonteva platform include Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and the Michigan Alumni Association.
