began discussions on what aspects of the 100-Day Plan to implement and in which order. This period included getting up to speed on how Sales Force and Fonteva work; understanding what activities occurred before the team started; understanding the technology infrastructure needs of individual members, IHQ staff, and fraternity leadership at all three levels; and prior- itizing and tracking of tasks. In further reflecting on his vision, GKOR Kyles shared, “The thought process of my vision, which may be clichè, was “Keeping the Main Thing, the Main Thing.” Whether we are elected, appointed, or paid staff, the main thing is serving the mem- bership. I believe that the Keeper of Records position is a “workhorse” role that is in place to serve the mem- bership and ensure operationally the chapter runs efficiently. As Grand Keeper of Records, I knew that my overarching focus had to be about serving, engaging, and connecting our members. Everything the Office of the Grand
Keeper of Records has done to date has been with that focus.”
BROTHERS ONLY PORTAL The Brothers Only Portal is located in the upper right corner of the fraterni- ty’s national website. Only duly initiated Kappa Alpha Psi members have access to this secure portal. The My Info page is displayed once a member successfully accesses the Brother Only portal. My Info is the default home page. The My Info contains numerous functionalities, including: • Update Member Profile (includ- ing contact information) • Upload member headshot (passport-size image no larger than 150x150 to a member profile) • View current financial status (Grand Chapter, Province, and Local Chapter) • Pay Grand Chapter dues • View digital membership card • View Grand Chapter events registration (Grand Chapter Meeting, National Founders’ Day, etc.) registration
