reporting and a clear definition of a chapter’s status. Further enhancements in this area is forthcoming. • Chapter Directories In June 2024, the GKOR Admin team launched a Chapter Locator page in the Brothers Only portal for internal purposes. Soon after, a separate new Chapter Locator page for the public-facing website was created in response to feedback from members who stated that the Fraternity could benefit from members, non-members, and organizations that want to locate a chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi® Both Chapter Locator pages operate identically; however, the Chapter Locator page on the public-fac- ing www.kappaalphapsi1911.com website: • Displays only all current active undergraduate and alumni chapters • Does not display a listing of chap- ter initiates • The Chapter Locator page is located under the About Us menu Vendor Records: Williams coordinated with Robert Peterson (Delta Eta 2011), former IHQ Vendor Coordinator, to review and correct the Fraternity’s

paraphernalia vendor accounts. As with membership records, the Frater- nity’s vendor accounts were migrated from YM to Fonteva. Williams and Peterson worked with Orchid Connect to configure Fonteva application func- tionality to accommodate companies applying to the Fraternity for authoriz- ing vendor licenses. The data integrity work for vendors comprised: • Eliminating duplicate accounts for the same company and merging data from these duplicate accounts into a single account • Configuring application workflows for new vendors and renewing vendors to obtain annual licenses to market and sell Kappa Alpha Psi paraphernalia • Increasing automation in the vendor license purchase process, resulting in making doing busi- ness with the Fraternity easier for paraphernalia vendors and other service providers • Applying the appropriate vendor status of Licensed, Expired, and No Longer in Business to vendor companies

business, develop associated report- ing, and help protect the Fraternity’s Intellectual Property. PAYMENT PROCESSING Williams also led an initiative centered on payments by annual Grand Chapter dues-paying members. This initiative focused on two areas: • Improving functionality and sim- plifying workflow for paying Grand Chapter dues via the Brothers Only portal • Configuring the system to enable members to pay Grand Chapter dues via monthly, quarterly, and annual installments The above developments were insti- tuted in September of 2024. The next planned development is to support Life Membership purchases and Sub- scribing Life Member payments in the Brothers Only portal. OTHER DEVELOPMENTS Dashboards: Williams also configured real-time dashboards in the Fonteva application for the Grand Board of Directors, IHQ leadership and the 12 provinces. The respective dashboards display real-time membership, chapter, and transactional data contained in the Fonteva application.

The Fraternity benefits from the above development to manage the vendor
