In speaking with the Kappa Alpha Psi® Journal , he reflected on his journey as an academic leader and the profound influence of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. on his approach to lead- ership, mentorship, and service. Dr. Lemelle, the 24th Byron K. Armstrong Awardee, shared how his experiences
