(2)Depress display again to show 2 nd set point and adjust by depressing arrow up or arrow down key accordingly for desired set point. (Usually set to a minimum of 20  F). (3) To revert to oven temperature display, depress set up key then display or just allow reverting on its own. 4. Push to Start. Start all motors. After purge light goes out, you may press “ IGNITION START ” and hold until the “ BURNER ON ” light is on. The UDC - 2300 should now be in control. The oven should rise to the temperature set point and held there until the batch timer times out or the oven is manually turned off. If the burner fails to light, refer to the startup sequence chapter, Section Three. 5. Batch timers, if supplied, are initiated by pressing TIMER START. The timer begins to count in minutes until desired timeout setting is accomplished. The alarm will sound and the temperature controller will revert to 2 nd set point if set up to do so. When TIMER RESET is initiated, temperature controller reverts back to 1 st set point and power is turned off until timer start is initiated again.

3.1 SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE

1. Depress IGNITION STOP and allow oven to cool to a temperature of no more than 200  F. 2. After oven temperature has reached 200  F or below, all motors may be turned off by depressing the coordinating STOP buttons in any sequence. 3. Turn control power off by means of door disconnect and close all gas cocks.

3.2 HIGH LIMIT CONTROL

The Burling high limit control for this oven is preset. This component has a manual reset capability. Consult the enclosed Burling manual for detained instructions on resetting this device.
