Horvath & Tremblay exclusively repre- sented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.1 million. Wendy’s is located at 11650 Lakeridge Pkwy in Ashland. Wendy’s occupies a 3,415 s/f building positioned on a 1.04-acre par- cel of land. Wendy’s has been at this location since 2014 and has 9+ years remaining on their absolute triple-net lease with four, 5-year renewal options. The lease calls for attractive rent increases every five years throughout the primary lease term and at the start of each renewal option.
