Center Ave. The 13,700 s/f parcel, situated just steps from Bridge Plaza North and the George Washington Bridge, is approved for a 24-unit luxury residential building with two levels of structured parking. The sale adds to Weiss Real- ty’s long history of facilitating high-impact real estate trans- actions in Bergen County and across Northern New Jersey. The deal was brokered exclu- sively by Bruce Elia of Keller Williams , who represented both the buyer and seller. “This property represents the type of strategic, transit- accessible development op- portunity that continues to drive investor demand along the Gold Coast,” said Jaime Weiss, founder and principal of Weiss Realty. “With approv- als already secured, the buyer is well-positioned to deliver a boutique class A building that will complement Fort Lee’s growing residential appeal.” The proposed project will offer panoramic views of Man- hattan and the Hudson River, private balconies, rooftop ame- nities, and high-end finishes, capitalizing on the borough’s reputation as a luxury resi- dential hub just minutes from New York City.
