A Trip of a Lifetime
I had an amazing experience at the Harmony Haven Ayurveda & Yoga Healing Retreat with Healing Heart Ayurveda at the Health Village in Kerala, India. From the doctors and therapists to the kitchen and housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly kind, competent, and welcoming.
Retreat leader Nancy Raffa was exceptional—her warmth, kindness, and deep knowledge of Ayurveda created a well-planned schedule filled with enriching classes and inspiring excursions throughout Kerala. She answered every question with care and insight, making the retreat both educational and transformative. This was truly the trip of a lifetime, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a healing journey like this.
