· Payments made after this date are subject to standard (non-discounted) pricing. · All Early Bird registrations follow the same refund schedule listed below. Refund Schedule( for cancellations) If you need to cancel your participation, the following refund schedule applies • On or before March 31, 2026: Full refund of payments minus the $500 deposit • April 1 – May 1, 2026: 50% refund of total retreat fee • May 2 – June 1, 2026: 25% refund of total retreat fee • After June 1, 2026: No refunds (accommodations and treatments are prepaid) Special Circumstances With valid documentation, you may request a refund (minus the $500 deposit) in the event of: • documented medical emergency • visa denial • official government travel restriction All requests are subject to review and approval. Additional Terms • Cancellations are non-transferable to another person without written approval from Healing Heart Ayurveda. • No refunds or credits for late arrival, early departure, or missed activities. • Partial participation in the retreat is not permitted. • All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
