Nick Moon is the Managing Director of Applied Resilience, the first Public Service Mutual for Emergency Planning, Crisis Management and Business ConVnuity in the UK. Applied Resilience have been on the forefront of resilience in the public sector, planning for and responding to major challenges including Brexit, terrorism, severe weather, COVID-19 and cyber- a\acks. Applied Resilience created the business resilience plan for the first mass vaccinaVon centre in the UK (most likely the first in the world).
