Across the University’s estate, we have a diverse range of building types both on and off campus such as science labs, library spaces, leisure centres with swimming pool, lecture theatres, hospital sites and several hall of residence properties. This means that our teams are working hard to provide optimum working and living conditions for over 3,000 staff and 20,000 students. To ensure this, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in delivering a range of capital and revenue projects. These projects will be delivered from inception through to post occupancy evaluation, and may consist of long term maintenance, minor works and major projects. This individual would also contribute to the development and maintenance of best practice processes and protocols, building on our strengths and helping realise our full potential.
