Wages Interns are paid an hourly rate of $10, plus commissions on both junior golf instruction and club repair. On average, an intern can expect an additional $400-$500 per month in commissions. Housing Interns will be provided shared housing that is within 5 miles of the Club and is located near shopping, restaurants, etc. Each intern will be responsible for a one-time $100 security deposit and a $75 rental fee per week. This fee goes toward rent, electricity, water, trash, etc. Cable and internet service are the responsibility of the interns. The apartment is furnished with all the basic necessities. Employee Benefits Interns will be allowed to practice and play all three courses on a space- available basis. For specific events, they will be asked to play with members and guests. Interns will be supplied uniforms, meals during shifts, discounted prices on merchandise, and educational opportunities. Work Week Interns will be scheduled between 40-50 hours each week, primarily 5 days per week. These hours will be distributed between inside/outside operations, junior golf instruction, tournament operations, and support operations at both campuses.
