The STS Program, led by the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate, is a professional development initiative aimed at supporting Registered Nurses in the second to eighth years of their careers. This transformative program empowers participants to enhance their leadership skills, foster person-centred care, and contribute to the development of positive workplace cultures. The program will culminate in a graduation ceremony on 10 December 2025. We wish all participants continued success as they embark on this exciting and rewarding professional journey!
