The Nursing Education Team at Macquarie Hospital is excited to kick off another productive and enriching year. We have some exciting updates and new beginnings to share:
Welcoming Our Students
Our first student placement of the year is just around the corner! From 3 - 14.2.25, we will have eight Student Registered Nurses from the University of Technology Sydney joining us onsite. We are thrilled to support their learning and professional growth during this placement.
Introducing the 2025 February Intake Grad Starts We are delighted to welcome our 2025 February Intake Grad Starts, who will commence their first rotation on 17 February 2025. This marks the start of their exciting journey as part of our team, and we look forward to supporting their development. New Addition to the Team Please join us in warmly welcoming Arvin Villanueva, our new Clinical Nurse Educator, who will be joining us on 3 February 2025. We are excited to have him onboard and look forward to his contributions to the team. We look forward to a fantastic year ahead, filled with learning opportunities, growth, and collaboration.
