401K Retirement

Through VOYA Financial M. Braun offers employees the choice of a Safe Harbor 401K retirement plan and

a ROTH 401K retirement plan that they can contribute to. Following Federal guidelines, employees can

contribute up to the maximum that the Federal government will allow per calendar year into either

retirement plan (or a combination of both). For the first 3% of their income that an employee

contributes M. Braun will match that contribution 100%. For the next 2 % (4% or 5%) that an employee

contributes M. Braun will match 50%

The VOYA retirement plan benefit becomes available to eligible employees after 3 months of employment, on the 1st of the next available quarter.
