OMERSET, PA — Mar- cus & Millichap , one of the leading commercial real estate brokerage firms specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Edgewood Grove Storage, a 265-unit self-stor- age property located in Som- erset, PA. The property was listed for $4 million. “This was a smooth trans- action from start to finish, and both the seller and buyer were a pleasure to work with,” said Jared Houck , as- sociate. “We had the privilege S

of representing the sellers in this deal, who have poured their heart and soul into this property for more than 20 years. It’s been an honor to support them throughout this process, and I’m thrilled they can now enjoy their well-earned retirement. I’m also excited to see the site transition to a group I know will continue to care for the property and its tenants with the same dedication.” Houck, Kevin Bledsoe and Matthew Junkin , invest- ment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s King of Prussia of- fice, had the listing to market

the property on behalf of the seller, who was the original owner of the facility, estab- lished in 1997, and procured the buyer, an out of state investor.
