the property on behalf of the seller, who was the original owner of the facility, estab- lished in 1997, and procured the buyer, an out of state investor. Tim Stephenson is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Pennsylvania. Edgewood Grove Storage spans 2 acres at 298 North Drive, about 60 miles east of Pittsburgh. Built in phases, with the first phase completed in 1997, the property includes 35,100 s/f of drive-up self-stor- age and 12 multifamily units, comprising seven houses and an apartment building.
