Walters begins construction on cornerstone at Hainesport

sustainable development is being built to achieve Energy Star and LEED certifications. Apartments will feature open floor plans, upgraded interior finishes, and signature de- tailing that has won Walters many awards over the years. The long list of amenities will include a state-of-the-art fit - ness center, children’s tot lot, basketball court, and commu- nity clubhouse with computer workstations. Apartments will be equipped with in-unit washers/dryers. A staffed social service coordinator will also be available upon request. The historic township of Hainesport is located in the Delaware Valley region, bor- dering Mount Laurel and Lumberton.
