The third and final residential tower of Journal Squared opened this year, marking the culmination of a decade-long, neighborhood-defining development project by Jersey City-based developer KRE Group. The project has redefined Jersey City’s skyline and helped spur further investment in the now burgeoning Journal Square neighborhood. The new tower opened in October, 2024 and introduced 598 residences along with an array of creative amenities and street-level retail. The Marketing Directors, which has overseen leasing at all three buildings, reported strong demand right away, with the new tower reaching the 50% leased mark just weeks after opening.
