Size: 425 Units BNE Real Estate Group partnered with the Township of West Orange to transform an ailing office park into a thriving, multi-use live/work/play destination. The centerpiece of the new neighborhood is Stonehill, one of New Jersey’s top luxury rental communities. Stonehill offers 425 luxury rental residences and 44,000 s/f of lifestyle amenities a short distance from the newly- renovated Essex Green Town Center, a shopping, dining and entertainment destination. The redevelopment also includes a brand-new public library, public dog park, and 130,000 s/f of renovated office space. Residents enjoy not just one, but two onsite lifestyle clubs, where they can discover multiple social lounges, fitness centers and entertainment zones. Size: 337 Units Developed by Halpern Real Estate Ventures, Birch House has been a key component in the redevelop - ment of Jersey City, NJ’s West Side, delivering 337 studios to two-bedroom homes to 49 Fisk Street. The six-story building is a beacon of modern living boasting a harmonious blend of luxury and green- centric design. Emphasizing sustainability, Birch House incorporates meaningful green features such as a composting system producing fertilizer for the property’s landscaping, community garden planters, rooftop solar panels, electric vehicle chargers, rain- water collection for irrigation, and a vast 20,000 s/f landscaped park. The building offers a remarkable 50,000 s/f of indoor and outdoor amenities. The LARGEST MULTIFAMILY PROJECT of 2024 Bowman REVA Rahway Rahway, NJ Crystal Window & Door Systems Size: 30,000 SF Benchmark converted the former historic Strasburg Elementary School into the Strasburg Schoolhouse Apartments, a 26-unit apartment complex. The Strasburg Elementary project aligned with Benchmark’s goal of retrofitting buildings into revenue-generating assets. The building features 26 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with an emphasis on preserving as much of the original structure as possible. This included retaining the existing cinder block walls, and converting the bathrooms, nurse’s office, gym, and kitchen into unique apartments. Original windows were retained, and the historic Liberty Bell that hung above the original structure was refurbished and placed outside the building. 4909 Auburn Bethesda, MD Benchmark Construction 202 North Queen St. Lancaster, PA

Size: 3.5 Acres Bowman’s landscape architecture team collaborated with the development team and interior designer to create vibrant outdoor spaces that seamlessly blend with the building’s design. They provided full landscape and hardscape construction services, prioritizing beauty and usability. Bowman’s civil and site engineering team optimized functionality through site layout, stormwater management, utility upgrades, and detailed planting and lighting designs. The Reva Rahway project successfully integrates modern amenities, sustainability, and enhanced public spaces. Bowman’s work was recognized with the NJASLA Landscape Architecture Design Award for Residential Design.

Size: 253,000 SF, with 8,300 SF ground floor retail space Crystal Window & Door Systems supplied 935 high-end aluminum windows and sliding and swing glass doors for the newly constructed luxury multifamily property at 4909 Auburn Avenue, Bethesda, MD with 167 market rate apartments. Crystal supplied seven different window and door models for the new building, 4909 Auburn, arranged in large combinations for unique aesthetics, providing residents with outstanding floor-to-ceiling vistas. Window openings as large as 75” wide by 160” tall and door openings as large as 160” wide by 118” tall were easily achieved with Crystal products, featuring flawless operation, energy efficiency, and superior occupant comfort.

Size: 133,713 SF Benchmark and Berger Communities collaborated to erect a 12-story mixed-use residential complex in downtown Lancaster, PA, on a compact urban lot. This modern building offers 142 units, encompassing studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Residents have access to a range of amenities such as a rooftop deck, fitness center, community lounge, co-working and coffee lounges, a dog washing station, and bike storage. The first-floor retail space offers the opportunity for three separate retail spaces. This vibrant urban living space was completed in the Summer of 2024, offering a blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
