Size 22,500 SF DIGroup Architecture’s Long Branch Free Public Library restoration was a rare opportunity to blend historic revitalization with modern innovation. This transformation revitalized a Carnegie-era landmark, restoring original architectural details while introducing a special collections room, dedicated young adult space and flexible community areas. Energy-efficient upgrades and a whole-building emergency generator ensure long- term sustainability. The project was both technically challenging and deeply impactful, preserving a vital community resource while equipping it with much- needed updates. This renovation will sustain the library as a cultural and educational anchor, honoring its past while preparing it for a vibrant future.
Size: 83 For-sale / 6 rental multifamily units Prism in 2024 achieved full sell-out of the 83 luxury condominium homes in its industrial-to-residential conversion of Hoboken’s c.1909 Wonder Bread bakery. The project achieved record-setting prices. Additionally, the property’s six rental units contribute to Hoboken’s affordable housing obligation. Prism partnered with Angelo, Gordon & Co. and Parkwood Development to transform the seven-story building and surrounding grounds. Designed by Minervini Vandermark, the property’s preserved architectural features include the original brick details, archways, lofted ceilings, and water tower. Each two- through five-bedroom home is unique, and residents benefit from 10,000 s/f of indoor/ outdoor amenity space and street-level commercial.

The center will invite visitors to explore the complex ideas of freedom, equality, citizenship, democracy, and racial justice that continue to influence our country. The Stevens & Smith Center aims to link historical and current fights for freedom, inspiring visitors with the message that each person holds the capability to drive positive change. The Center will open in 2026.

Size: 33 Acres Prism acquired this former corporate campus in Woodland Park in a strategic redevelopment play, drawn by its in-place zoning approval for up to 400 multifamily units with a 20% affordable housing set-aside. At a time when New Jersey is facing a severe housing shortage, Prism was attracted by the opportunity to repurpose the property for a new best-and-highest use. The site’s next chapter ultimately will provide a significant number of new residences, including a generous affordable housing component. The property offers sweeping views all the way to the Manhattan skyline; convenient access; and proximity to schools, shopping and recreation.
