Size: 37 acres In 2024, Larken Associates broke ground on its largest and most ambitious multifamily development to date – Trailside Village, a 420-unit, 21-building ground-up development on 37 acres in Forks Township, Pennsylvania. Upon its 2026 completion, residents of Trailside Village will enjoy a wealth of amenities including a heated outdoor pool with a tanning ledge, rinsing showers and lounge seating; a clubhouse; a pavilion with a lounge, fireplace and TVs; a high-end gym; a flex workspace; a package room; a game room; barbeque grilling stations; a tot lot; a bark park; walking and biking trails; EV charging stations, and more.
Size: 147,000 SF / 14.4-Acre Parcel After acquiring this redevelopment parcel from PIDC, Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation, Crow Holdings Development broke ground for Crow Holdings at I-95 in early 2024. Martin Brower, a global leader in supply chain solutions for the world’s leading brands, subsequently signed a lease for the 147,000 s/f building. The “spec to suit” construction is progressing and includes 57,000 s/f of cold storage. Size: 32 Acres Following a 211,500 s/f lease with Target, LMC launched a multi-million-dollar redevelopment at West Orange Plaza in West Orange. The program will expand the Whole Foods-anchored shopping center at 235 Prospect Ave. from 296,500 to 311,500 s/f in its initial phase. Along with renovating/expanding a portion of the property’s main building for the new Target, Phase I also features ground-up construction of an 8,400 s/f building and a 5,500 s/f addition to one of the property’s existing outparcel structures.
