Size: 207,000 SF / 12-Acre Parcel With the delivery of its 207,000 s/f trophy industrial building at 25 Market Street, Crow Holdings Development gave new life to an iconic NJ. industrial property. The site for 90 years served as home to the landmark Marcal Paper warehouse, which fire destroyed in 2019. The building’s brick façade and black window mullions, inspired by the original warehouse, pair with large, translucent light boxes to marry classic elements with modern design. This unique approach to infill redevelopment was key to securing a full-building headquarters lease with MLB Network, which will move its entire operation and office space to the property.

Named for a historic golf course that occupied the property from the 1930s through the early 1970s, Valley View Park consists of five four-story buildings on a lush, campus-like property. KRE Group preserved old-growth trees, added walkways and a scenic lookout, and created a central amenity green with features such as an outdoor movie theater, pool, yoga area, garden plots, tot lot and outdoor TVs, which all of the buildings face. The project also included facade work on an existing U-Box Warehouse and related sitework. The new facility contains 830 interior storage units, drive-in load/unload bays.
