34 Eden is the first building in a 70-acre mixed-use development along the Whippany River, incorporating Patriots Path. The project includes 967 residential units, two hotels, 80,000 s/f of retail and office space, and an 18,000 s/f Amenity Deck. A circular design was chosen for its elegance, with carefully selected materials for cohesion. The deck features a pool, lawn, entertainment spaces, an outdoor bar, a fireplace, grilling stations, and a unique water feature. Designed for relaxation and social engagement, it seamlessly blends recreation and aesthetics, creating a dynamic outdoor experience within the larger development.
Emtec Consulting Engineers provided MEP/FP/FA core and shell engineering designs for a single-story warehouse consisting of approximately 300,000 s/f located in Passaic, NJ. Working alongside Ware Malcomb this speculative industrial development is in prime location.
