Benchmark is an active contributor to non-profit or ganizations in our community. We support organizations from school preparedness and athletic programs to mission trips, benevolent funds, community conservation, healthcare access, behavioral health resources, and community gatherings. Recent contributions include Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development, Lancaster County Conservancy, Lancaster & Lebanon Habitat for Humanity, Women in Healthcare – Maryland, Sheppard Pratt, Helping Up Mission to name a few. Our team actively donates its time and talents to Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Clare House, and Milagro House, among many other organizations within our local communities.
NAIDB’s commitment to community is as integral to its culture as its CRE expertise. A recognized industry leader and the 2024 State Theatre New Jersey Corporate Honoree, NAIDB’s history is rooted in giving back. The firm and its leadership actively support a wide range of organizations, from the arts and the Vincent R. Gagliardi Foundation 5K Run, to those improving educational, cultural, community and health/wellness opportunities for underserved children, individuals and families. This commitment strengthens NAIDB’s internal culture, fostering connection and shared experiences through team member involvement. The goal was to gather non-perishable food items for local families in need, and Prism was over - whelmed by the generous response from its own employees, local residents and event partner Proponent Federal Credit Union. One month later, Prism was honored to partner with Toys for Tots. The Prism community came together during this heartwarming initiative, showcasing generosity and kindness as the team collected toys for underprivileged children. At JLAM, giving back is woven into our company’s fabric. We support causes that matter to our team through financial contributions and hands-on involvement. We are proud supporters of the Boys & Girls Club, serving as the presenting sponsor of its Rehoboth Beach chapter’s charity golf event, which has raised over $2 million. We also give back through environmental stewardship, adopting a stretch of Gills Neck Road in Lewes, DE – an area where we have developed several projects and are proud to help keep it clean. Addition- ally, we support the American Heart Association and Children’s Beach House, reinforcing our commitment to strengthening the communities we help build.
Larken Associates is deeply committed to giving back through its Larken Cares initiatives. Along with its annual food drives and school supply giveaway, the firm partnered with From Houses to Homes and America’s Grow-a-Row in

Bowman gives back by engaging to local philanthropic initiatives across or 100+ offices, including donation and blood drives, cleaning up beaches, partnering with local universities and grade schools to support the next generation of engineers and surveyors and much more.
2024 to support communities in need. A team of Larken Associates employees traveled to Guatemala to build a home and provide essential sup - plies, continuing a partnership that began in 2019. Lo - cally, employees volunteered with America’s Grow-a- Row, harvesting 574,000 servings of fresh produce for those facing food insecurity. Through these initiatives, Larken Associates continues to make a meaningful impact both globally and in local communities.
DIG’s commitment to social impact extends well beyond its design work to community outreach initiatives and mentorship. This includes spearheading, participating in and sponsoring programming that harnesses its expertise to create positive societal change through its “Architecture for Change” mission. Examples include getting in front of minority young people through the Architecture, Con - struction and Engineering (ACE) Mentor Program; guest speaking engagements at local schools and colleges/ universities; serving as panelists to discuss diversity in architecture; participating in STEM and construction- related events; and outreach within the communities in which DIG projects are located.
In 2024, Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office partnered with the Paterson School District, the state’s third-largest district, which serves nearly 30,000 students and employs 3,600 staff members across 54 schools and preschool centers. As part of its community outreach, the office has held a back- to-school drive for three consecutive years. Starting in early August with an Amazon registry, the effort culminates in a backpack-stuffing event where em - ployees gather to pack backpacks with supplies. The office provided 48 backpacks, each containing neces - sary school supplies and a personalized handwritten note from a participating team member. Levin Management is committed to supporting the com - munities where its shopping centers are located. The firm recently joined its retail real estate industry peers in the Signs of Hope initiative, a powerful national cam - paign for mental health advocacy. As part of the pro- gram, the firm installed exterior signs in shopping center parking lots throughout its third-party leasing and man- agement portfolio, to promote the availability of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988 Lifeline). The reflective signs, placed in high-traffic areas, highlight the ways to reach the 988 Lifeline. The service provides free and confidential emotional support to those in suicidal cri - sis or emotional distress, 24/7, via phone, text and chat. Through its participation in this initiative, LMC aims to raise awareness and provide a clear path to potentially lifesaving support for those who need it most.
R&J Strategic Communications’ mission is to make a difference for its clients, employees, and the community. As part of that mission, R&J led several initiatives in 2024 to improve the lives of fellow New Jerseyans.
To name a few, the team held a food drive in support of the Raritan Food Pantry, a “Tools for School” drive on behalf of the United Way of Northern NJ, volunteered with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey to prepare donated goods for delivery, and harvested fresh produce with America’s Grow-a-Row, a non - profit organization dedicated to serving those facing food insecurity.
IMC Construction views philanthropy as the cornerstone of our culture and philosophy. It is important to support the community which is why it is ingrained in our company culture. The IMC Charitable Foundation was formed to further provide charitable giving to help and empower nonprofit organizations in our community. Through the IMC Charitable Foundation, we connect with communities through outreach, education, sponsorship, and fundraising efforts locally where are projects are located. For the last 20 years, The IMC Foundation has held an annual charity golf outing. Through the years, the golf outing has raised over $2 million and has supported the work of 150 organizations dedicated to conservation, education, cancer research and serving the economically disadvantaged in our community. At the employee level, IMC has the IMC Volunteer Program to encourage employees to volunteer and give back by offering every employee three paid volunteer days annually and providing them with multiple volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
RRNNJ believes true success involves positively impacting the community and championing social responsibility through local organization partnerships. Examples of the firm’s immediate and
long-term impact include spearheading an annual office- building-wide toy drive for a local women’s shelter; 25+ year involvement in United Way of Northern NJ’s Real Estate Committee and its CRE Impact Award benefit; and supporting the outreach initiatives of SIOR, IOREBA, NAR, Morris County Chamber of Commerce and CREWNJ. Giving back is essential to the firm’s culture and an acknowledgement that community support is integral to its business.
