A NOTE FROM SYLVIA
Summer is in the rearview mirror, students are back in school, and fall is here! Autumn is often a season to reset and plan what’s next.
This fall we are excited for a new season of Minnesota Experience , where we share new, little-known stories of the 70s and 80s. We are also looking forward to another amazing season of This is Minnesota Orchestra . We are offering new experiences like Be My Guest , where we break bread and explore differences between Muslim and non- Muslim communities across Minnesota.
As we prepare and plan for a season of outstanding programming, I think of Twin Cities PBS (TPT) supporters who have planned ahead. Our Visionary Society members are a special group of people who help secure a bright future by including TPT in their will or estate plan. Visionary Society contributors ensure that TPT’s services will be available for our children, our grandchildren, and generations to come. Learn more about establishing an enduring legacy at tpt.org/estate . If you are interested in the basics of estate planning, check out the helpful article on page 14 from Next Avenue , our nonprofit journalism site that serves people ages 50+ by offering news around important issues like health, money, living, caregiving, work, and more. Additional free resources, inspiration, and advice can be found at NextAvenue.org .
Thank you for your ongoing support of TPT’s work to support the success of our station now and in the future.
Best Regards, Sylvia Strobel President and CEO, Twin Cities PBS
